Signing In

Email and Password Login

You sign in using the email address associated with your account and your password. Enter both on the login page and click Sign In. If your credentials are correct, you are taken directly to your dashboard.

Staying Signed In

Your session is stored in your browser tab. As long as you keep the tab open, you remain signed in. If you close the tab or browser, you will need to sign in again. This is a deliberate security measure — your session is never persisted to disk or shared across tabs.

Redirect After Login

If you try to visit a page that requires authentication, you will be redirected to the login page first. After signing in, you are automatically returned to the page you originally requested.

Session Management

How Sessions Work

When you sign in, the application creates a session token stored in your browser’s session storage. This token is scoped to a single browser tab — opening a new tab starts a fresh, unauthenticated session.

Automatic Timeouts

For your protection, sessions have a limited lifetime. If your session token expires while you are using the application, you will see a banner at the top of the page indicating that your session is no longer valid. Click Reload to sign in again.

Signing Out

Click the Logout button in the top-right corner of the navigation. This immediately clears your session token and returns you to the homepage. You will need to sign in again to access protected pages.

Multiple Devices

You can be signed in on multiple devices or browsers at the same time. Each session is independent — signing out on one device does not affect your session on another.

Password Security

Choosing a Strong Password

Use a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using common words, your name, or easily guessed patterns. A password manager can help you generate and store strong, unique passwords.

Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your account, and you will receive a reset link via email. The link expires after a limited time for security. Click the link, enter a new password, and sign in.

Email Verification

When you first create an account, you must verify your email address by clicking a link sent to your inbox. This confirms that you own the email address and prevents unauthorized account creation. Until you verify, you cannot access protected features.

Data Protection

What Data Is Stored

The application stores only the information you provide — your name, email address, and data you enter while using the platform (properties, leases, transactions, messages, etc.). Payment processing is handled by third-party providers and your bank details are never stored on our servers.

How Data Is Transmitted

All data sent between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). This ensures that your information cannot be intercepted or read by third parties during transmission.

Privacy Practices

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely to provide the services you signed up for. For full details, refer to the Privacy Policy linked in the footer of any page.

Common Account Issues

Locked Out of Your Account

If you cannot sign in despite entering the correct credentials, check whether your email has been verified. Unverified accounts are restricted from accessing the platform. If you have verified your email and still cannot sign in, use the password reset flow to create a new password.

Verification Email Not Received

Check your spam or junk folder — verification emails sometimes land there. Make sure the email address you entered during signup is correct. If you still cannot find the email, try signing up again with the same email address to trigger a new verification message.

Changing Your Email Address

To change the email address associated with your account, go to Settings and update your email. You will need to verify the new address before it takes effect. Your old email address will no longer work for signing in once the change is confirmed.
